How To Enable/Disable Grievous Strike UI Indicator Lords of the Fallen

Determines whether an UI Prompt should be shown for
Grievous Strikes.

1. Click on settings.
2. Click on gameplay.
3. Locate the Grievous Strike UI Indicator option and change it.
