The frame rate at which the game runs when out of focus or in
the background, which helps reduce device processing power
when the game runs in the background.

1. Click on the settings icon, right bottom side in the main menu.
2. Click on Video.
3. Locate the Out Of Focus Frame Rate Limit option and change it.
